25-Year Guarantee

Every Grove desk is built to last, and backed for 25 years. We can offer that because of how they're made: solid wood, a thick hand-finished top, and traditional joinery, built by hand in our Margate workshop. No MDF, no veneer, no chipboard core, just real timber and honest construction.

What the guarantee covers

Your desk's frame, joinery and structural integrity are guaranteed against failure under normal home or office use for 25 years. If a fault in materials or workmanship develops within that time, we'll repair or replace it.

What it doesn't cover

Natural timber movement, surface marks, and the way solid wood ages and mellows are part of the material, not faults. The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

A 30-day return, too

Alongside the guarantee, every desk, including made-to-measure, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, and we arrange and pay for collection. See Delivery & Returns for the full detail.

How to make a claim

If something structural ever goes wrong, email us at hello@madebygrove.co.uk with your order number and a few photos, and we'll put it right. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
