Trade & commercial questions
Is there a minimum order?
Trade pricing starts at orders over £1,200, which is about three desks or one large piece such as a boardroom table. Below that, order on the site as normal: same desks, same workshop, no quote needed.
How long does a room of desks take?
Smaller orders are often with you within a week of confirming the order; bigger rooms take a little longer. If you're working to a fixed date, say so when you ask for a quote and we'll tell you straight away whether we can do it.
Do you install?
On the jobs that need it, yes. Choose it on the form and we quote installation alongside the desks: positioning, levelling, fixing to walls, cable management. Otherwise we deliver to the room you need it in.
What are the payment terms?
They're set out on your quote. If you need to raise a purchase order, say so when you enquire.
