Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery, properly done
Every desk is delivered free to mainland UK by a two-person crew, who carry it to the room of your choice — not left on the doorstep.

Lead times
Every desk is built to order in our Margate workshop and is typically ready within two weeks. We'll keep you posted at every stage — when your desk enters production, when it's finished, and when it's out for delivery, with a delivery day arranged to suit you.

Outside mainland UK
For the Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland, contact us at hello@madebygrove.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm arrangements.

On delivery day
Please check your desk on arrival. If there's any visible damage, contact us within 48 hours with photographs at hello@madebygrove.co.uk and we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Changes and delays
Need to change your delivery date? Give us at least 48 hours' notice. If your order will be later than estimated, we'll contact you with an updated date — and if a delay becomes substantial, you can cancel for a full refund.
